Mindful Reading
One of the books I read this year was "How to Walk." This slim volume would make a great daily reading, with one small meditation a day, or to read before you take an afternoon stroll. I'm eager to start reading the rest in the series, especially "How to Eat." (So I can hopefully learn to savor one Twizzler instead of scarf down an entire family-size bag)
